INGREDIENTS
Fish fillets, about 1.5 to 2 pounds
3 Tbsp of SMOKIN DATIL
3 to 6 Tbsp butter, melted
Sea Salt and Ground Pepper
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Season fish with sea salt, pepper and garlic powder
Let it sit for 5 min
Drizzle Smokin Datil with spoon and spread over fish
Place fish, in a lightly greased baking pan or sheet
Bake for about 20 minutes, or until fish is flaky.
To finish cooking, place fish under the broiler,
for another 2-3 minutes, or until fish is golden brown.
