SMOKIN DATIL BUFFALO SAUCE
2/3 Cup Smokin Datil
1/2 Cup DICED COLD BUTTER
1.5 tbsp WHITE VINEGAR
1/4 tsp WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1/8 tsp GARLIC POWDER
Mix Smokin Datil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and garlic pepper. Add to sauté pan and bring to medium heat for 1 minute. Turn off heat and add cold butter a little at a time until it has a velvety consistency.
